Puglia

White stone, warm sea, unhurried days

Whitewashed towns, ancient olive trees and quiet beaches along a sea that shifts from silver to deep blue. Puglia is masserie behind stone walls, sun-drenched landscapes, fresh and simple food, warm evenings and a slower rhythm of life — rooted in the land, the sea and generations of tradition.

The rituals

Morning swim, then figs

The sea before breakfast, still cool and completely yours. Then figs and ricotta in the courtyard while the stone walls warm up.

The white streets at siesta

When the town closes its shutters, the lanes belong to you and the light. Walk slowly; there is nothing to miss.

Dinner in the masseria courtyard

Orecchiette made that afternoon, a chilled local rosato, candles in the fig tree. The night takes its time.
