How we design a journey

12 August 2026 · 3 min read · Elena Tamagnone

From a first conversation to your return home, here is what actually happens when you plan a trip with us — and why it means all you have to do is arrive.

A good journey rarely looks effortful from the outside — that is the whole idea. Behind every itinerary is a quiet, methodical process built to take the work off your hands entirely. Here is how it unfolds.

It starts with a conversation

We begin with a call, not a questionnaire. How do you like to travel — fast or slow, planned or open, hotel bar or hidden trattoria? The trip is shaped around your pace and your interests from the very first idea.

Then we design, and refine

Stays, transport, tables and experiences are drawn into one seamless itinerary and refined until it is right. We book directly, so you travel with the perks and access we have built over years of relationships on the ground.

We take care of every detail, so all you have to do is arrive.

And while you travel, we stay a message away — because the best plans still leave room for the day a place surprises you.
