From a first conversation to your return home, here is what happens when you plan a trip with us, and why, in the end, all you have to do is arrive.
A good journey rarely looks effortful from the outside. That is the whole idea. Behind every itinerary is a quiet, considered process, shaped by experience, local knowledge and years spent travelling, living and working in the places we know best. Here is how it unfolds.
It starts with a conversation
We begin with a call. We talk about how you like to travel, your pace, the places that draw you in, the food you love, the kind of hotels you enjoy and the atmosphere you want the journey to have.
Some travellers arrive with a destination in mind. Others have a season, a feeling or a first idea. We start wherever the journey begins and shape it from there.
We design the journey around you
The whole journey can be designed from beginning to end, from the first transfer to the last dinner. We take care of the route, where to base yourself, how long to stay, the hotels, restaurants, experiences, transport and the details that make everything flow naturally.
Every element has a reason for being there. Distances are considered, days are given the right rhythm, and time is left for the unexpected.
We work directly with the places we recommend, drawing on relationships and local knowledge built over years. The result is a journey that feels effortless because the thinking has already been done. This is what Private Travel is: a journey drawn for you alone.

A conversation can help shape the route, choose the right base, understand distances between places, compare hotels or decide where a few extra days are worth spending. The journey remains yours to book and build, with our knowledge helping to give it the right shape.
We also travel together
Our Group Trips bring together the same philosophy in a more intimate format.
We choose destinations we know deeply, Catalonia and Piedmont for now, where local traditions, good food and a strong sense of place are part of everyday life. Groups remain small, usually around ten travellers, creating the feeling of travelling with a table of like-minded people rather than joining a tour.
The days have a natural rhythm, with carefully chosen stays, local encounters, long lunches, beautiful landscapes and experiences that open doors into the places we know intimately.
Much of what makes these journeys special comes from knowing where to go, who to call and when to arrive. We bring travellers into the places we love, with the perspective of people who know them well and the ease of travelling as a local would.
The next departures are Turin and the Langhe and Barcelona, both in November 2026, with Puglia and a summer week in the Langhe to follow in 2027.
And while you travel
We stay a message away throughout the journey. Plans are carefully considered, while still leaving space for the moments that cannot be planned.
Because the most memorable part of a journey is often the thing that happens between the plans.
We take care of the details, so all you have to do is arrive.
If a date is already calling you, our Group Trips run to set dates with ten guests at most. If the journey is your own, tell us where your thinking has reached and we will take it from there.
